The Flat-Rate Roster Policy
ELHYSA operates on a strict flat-rate system. To eliminate bureaucratic friction and protect the association from financial liability, independent teams are billed for the maximum game-day roster size allowable for their age group.
"What if I don't have a full roster?"
If your final locked roster has fewer players than the maximum, ELHYSA will easily issue a refund for the unused player slots. It is infinitely more secure for the association to collect the maximum liability upfront and refund you later, rather than chasing independent teams for unpaid invoices.
EDPL Drop Penalty Warning
By completing this transaction, you are committing your team to the Eastern District Players League (EDPL). If your team drops from the league after this submission, your team will be hit with a mandatory $450 Drop Penalty ($250 STYSA Fee + $200 ELHYSA Fee). Do not proceed unless your team is 100% confirmed.
