As a premier non-profit youth sports organization, we are dedicated to fostering a love for the "beautiful game" across Harris, Webster, Liberty, and Chambers counties.

Our mission is to provide a safe, positive, and competitive environment where young athletes can develop their soccer skills, build lasting friendships, and learn the lifelong values of sportsmanship, dedication, and teamwork.

Our Structure & Leadership

ELHYSA serves as the governing umbrella for our vibrant local soccer community. We are currently comprised of member clubs and independent teams, working collaboratively to ensure that every child—regardless of skill level—has a quality place to play.

Developmental & Recreational

D4 & D3

ELHYSA proudly oversees the San Jacinto Independence Players League (SJIPL). This league facilitates inter-association play, allowing our grassroots and recreational teams to compete in a fun, community-focused, and supportive environment.

Competitive

D2, S2, D1 & Platinum

For players seeking a higher level of challenge, our competitive teams participate in elite regional and district leagues. This tier provides a bridge to advanced technical play, tactical development, and top-tier competition, including the Eastern District's premier Platinum brackets.

ELHYSA is a proud member of the South Texas Youth Soccer Association (STYSA). Through this partnership, we are formally affiliated with the highest levels of soccer governance, ensuring our players, coaches, and referees operate under professional standards and recognized development pathways:
